bioLNG as a fuel in heavy transport is an effective reduction of CO2 and NOx emissions. Thanks to bioLNG already existing fleets of LNG trucks are allowed to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Aware to such a potential, Cryogas as the first in Poland start to offer bioLNG at selected LNG stations. The first LNG powered trucks are already refuelling with bioLNG and are executing urban distribution in Warsaw.

LNG is a fuel that offers significant reduction of expenditure, as well as reduction of emission of harmful substances. With the introduction of a zero rate of excise on LNG and exemption from MAUT fees in Germany, many carriers have chosen LNG-fuelled trucks. However, a question arises when buying such a vehicle: how do you ensure effective and low-cost refuelling? The answer is MyLNG – a solution developed by Cryogas for transport companies and liquid fuel stations looking for an economic and certain source of LNG.

Customers can now refuel CNG at the new Cryogas station in Warsaw. The main recipient are city buses of the Michalczewski company. The LCNG station, located near the S8 route, can handle up to 160 vehicles a day. Cryogas also plans to add LNG refuelling in the future.

Operational safety, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of competence are the pillars of Cryogas operations. To confirm these competences, Cryogas underwent verification of the quality of the rendered services by the Office of Technical Inspection. The high rating of the certification body made it possible to obtain the UDT-CERT certificate in the scope of PN-EN ISO 9001:2015. The awarded ISO quality certificate confirms the highest quality of services that Cryogas provides to its current and future Customers.

The new LNG production plant in Kaliningrad was ceremonially opened on October 10^th 2019. The Cryogas GRS-2 LNG Plant is the largest natural gas liquefaction plant in Central Europe. The LNG production plant nearby Kaliningrad is another stable and reliable source of supply. Its first deliveries have already reached Cryogas customers in Poland and the Baltic States.

Cryogas executes new projects where LNG is using for industrial customers and as a fuel for vehicles and vessels. In the face of rising air pollution and the need to optimize transport costs, Unilever together with its partners has tested the Iveco Stralis NP truck eco. This innovative and economical Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) auto has shown its potential in reducing emissions and reducing operating costs. Tested The Stralis NATURAL POWER carried the transport next to the Link Stralis operated by Diesel. The vehicle was provided by Iveco Poland and LNG supplies secured Cryogas.

Significant fuel cost decrease and reduction of exhaust gases emission – these are two main conclusions of half year road tests of Iveco Stralis LNG at Poland. Carriers providing transport services for IKEA welcomed the operation of tractors powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG). Road tests were possible thanks to Iveco Poland and Cryogas M&T Poland. Iveco disposed 3 Stralis Natural Power and assured maintenance support. Cryogas provided liquefied natural gas and LNG refuelling installation.
