Cryogas with the ISO 9001:2015 Certificate issued by Urząd Dozoru Technicznego (Office of Technical Inspection)
Operational safety, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of competence are the pillars of Cryogas operations. To confirm these competences, Cryogas underwent verification of the quality of the rendered services by the Office of Technical Inspection. The high rating of the certification body made it possible to obtain the UDT-CERT certificate in the scope of PN-EN ISO 9001:2015. The awarded ISO quality certificate confirms the highest quality of services that Cryogas provides to its current and future Customers.
The ISO 9001:2015 certificate issued by UDT-CERT covers the key areas related to the technical supervision of gas installations and LNG installations. Cryogas has been subjected to quality control for the services rendered, among others in the field of service, inspections, maintenance, overhauls, repairs, modernization, and acceptance of equipment. In addition, the quality of work was also checked for the assessment of technical condition, diagnostics of technical devices as well as acceptance and commissioning of gas facilities.
For effective presentation, Cryogas codified its procedures and practices in the “Quality Management Book” and “Quality Policy”. These include descriptions of key elements and functioning of the processes related to the quality system management in the Company. Their development allowed to pass the verification by the UDT-CERT unit and obtain the ISO 9001:2005 certificate. The documents are a guide and source of information for both customers and employees of the company. “Quality Policy” of Cryogas confirms the goals set by Cryogas Employees: ensuring customer satisfaction, comprehensive, safe operation, and continuous improvement.
